The Ink Store Product Limited Warranty Statement

All Ink Store products are backed by a one year Limited Warranty as defined in this document.

The Ink Store wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused product to The Ink Store for exchange or refund.

If it is determined that a printer is damaged from use of any Ink Store products The Ink Store will, at its option, either pay for the repair or replace the damaged printer.

Warranty does not apply to defects resulting from (a) improper or inadequate installation, maintenance or calibration, (b) unauthorized modification or misuse, (c) operation outside of the published environmental specifications for the product, or improper maintenance.

To the extent allowed by local law, the above warranties are exclusive and no other warranty or condition, whether written or oral, is expressed or implied and the ink store specifically disclaims any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event will the ink store or its suppliers be liable for loss of data or for direct, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit or data), or other damage, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
